Hitting Specific Method J/K PIDs in 4th Generation Pokémon Games

Step 1:

Use PID to IVs (under 3rd Gen Tools in RNGReporter) to find a Method 1 spread with your desired PID.

This only works with Method 1 PIDs! If there is no Method 1 spread with your PID, you'll have to pick a new one.

Step 2:

Take the IVs from PID to IVs and put them in Gen 4 Time Finder.
If you get lucky like I did in the above screenshot and have multiple Method 1 matches, you can pick which one you would prefer!

Step 3:

Hit Generate and scroll through the results until you find a frame with your target PID.
